hello, i'm Bob Walker
I’ve been creating in wood since high school when I made a jewelry box for my first girlfriend. A rowboat, a kayak, a paddleboard, dining room tables, desks—there is an entire portfolio of work from the early years. It was always something I found the time to do while doing all the things I had to do. When I retired from corporate work, I was surprised to learn that I could now do whatever I wanted to do, and there is a lot I want to do. Language learning, travel, cooking, hiking, being with friends and loved ones and…creating from wood. My interests are eclectic, and I’m driven by my passion to find the beauty in the wood I’m working with.
